Our team has personally sourced this blend from Fujian, China’s premium tea production region. This Crisp, fresh tea has a blend of top-grade White Peony tea made from early Spring buds that are collected and withered prior to the buds opening. There is no steaming in the processing of this tea, so it has a crisp, bold taste balanced with pure coconut and dried pandan leaves.
Slow-simmered rice in chicken broth soup with ginger, carrot, and onions, it’s topped with bean sprouts, coriander, ginger & fried garlic. Served with Chinese bread cruller. (V available).
